We’ve chosen the Capescrew and the Classic Cosmopolitan for tonight’s drink lab. The Capescrew is a mash up of a Screwdriver, made with vodka and orange juice, and a Cape Cod, made with vodka and cranberry juice. The Cosmo is classic cocktail made with vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and a splash of lime.
When I walk into a wine shop, I’m like a kid in a candy store, so buying a liquor store seemed like a good idea at the time.
Sailor Jerry is a spiced Caribbean rum with flavors of vanilla, cinnamon, and molasses.
It’s time to empty another bottle; one more for Weekend In Review and one less in the liquor cabinet.
